This Prairie Dress was created out of all vintage cotton fabrics and a vintage tassel trim. The skirt has tan appliquéd flowers on it mixed with hand embroidery. This dress has an adjustable fit with a tie at the back and waist, and an elastic waistband. It will fit two sizes and could be tailored to fit either up or down a bit. Size M/L.
Will best fit:
Bust- 35”- 40”
Waist- 28”- 33” (but this is just a guideline for your size since these dresses also fit pregnant bellies beautifully)
Hips- free
Length- 39.25” from bust seam down to hem in front
My Prairies are typically worn as layering dresses, so they do not come lined. They are often worn with a slip underneath, but you could instead do a pretty bralette and half slip, a crocheted top and skirt or boyshorts, a thin dress, or even a crocheted bodysuit. Get creative!
